For the most part I have been okay with living here, I had some issues for quite some time with the front office not being more persistent about disciplining my neighbors upstairs. Whom, I had made many noise complaints about, but eventually the situation was handled and never had to deal with them again. The maintenance workers respond to & complete tickets rather quickly, and the front office people I’ve met over the last year are friendly. I’m curious as to why the front office people have changed so often it seems, it’s been difficult to build good rapport with them due to the constant personnel changes, but all of them have been friendly and professional. Not a bad community, people don’t seem to get too wild or routy at night or at the pool, so that’s also appreciated.

I have been a tenant at Dalian 151 for 2 years now and I have enjoyed my stay overall. Recently, I wanted to move into a larger space (i.e., 3 bed 2 bath), and Michelle Ellsworth was very helpful in accommodating my needs rather quickly. Staff has been helpful in all my time here. Maintenance started average but has become better recently. The dog park used to be filthy for a long time, but it is now well-kept regularly. My upstairs neighbor is always loud, but I am just glad to be moving out to a bigger unit, and hopefully with more peace and quiet.

DO NOT move into these apartments. My car got broken into last week. Plenty of people have also mentioned about their cars being vandalized in some way. Front office can’t do much. No cameras past the gate so it’s difficult to catch these thieves. They continue committing these crimes because they always get away with it. Also if you do lease with this apt and if you get the first or second floor, pray that you don’t get a Bigfoot above you. That’s currently my situation, the person above me be stomping like the floor is lava, it’s horrible and annoying.

Hi everyone, I am currently moving from Kerrville, TX, to San Antonio. I called the office, made an appointment to tour this apartment complex (even confirmed the appointment in email) and hopefully find my new home! I drove in from Kerrville for my appointment at 10:30 on a Sat. I was there a little early, 10:15 am, and the office wasn't open. I decided to wait. 10:30 am still no one there. 10:45, no one there . I called the office , but there was no answer, I left a message. 11:00 (30 min wait)no one there, I finally left. I never received a return call or email to explain why or make another appointment. I did find my new home with the next apartment complex I toured.

These apartments are amazing. The property is well maintained. The neighborhood is good. Beautiful community amenities. Everyone in the front office is amazing Michelle, Gilbert, and Nathan are always so welcoming. They read make sure tenants are well taken care of. If you are looking for a new place to call home this is it.

The floors & walls are so thin that you could hear your neighbors as if they were in your apartment!! I can hear my DOWNSTAIRS neighbors everyday and I’m on the 3rd floor. If your neighbor has a dog that barks all of the time, you’ll hear it loud and clear in your apartment. That’s one of the downsides of this apartment complex.

So it is now night 145 and my neighbors are still making noise. I can barely get any sleep at night and I am a truck driver. I politely went up and asked them to keep it down, it sounds like they are about to come through my floor they have my light fixtures shaking. The fact that I suffer from PTSD should be enough but the management doesn't care enough to do their job. This is a violation of the tenant landlord law for Texas as I have done my research. I'm going to look into getting some legal assistance.

Lived here since 2019, overall experience i would say is "good" Since I have lived here there have been multiple car break ins, package thief's and shootings. One particular shooting took place at the sister complex but my apartment unit was affected. The appearance from the outside looks good but when you actually take a look inside its not the best. If you have some good neighbors it isn't too bad but if they are messy your hallway will look like garbage. If you are on the fence on whether to rent here I would recommend finding a better place in a better area. My review is based off my experience here it could be different for you.
